In order to sign up for on-campus
interviews, you must be fully
registered with the Office of Career
Services (OCS). This means you have
completed the following steps: attended
an orientation session, signed a consent
card, updated your Aggielink
profile, uploaded an approved resume
and received an email notification
from OCS indicating your resume and
registration status has been
approved.

If you have completed all of the steps
above, CONGRATULATIONS, you are now
ready to sign up for on-campus
interviews, which usually take place in
Suite 101 Murphy Hall unless indicted
otherwise. Please proceed as follows:

Search for the employers you qualify for

Go to the OCS website at
www.careerserv.ncat.edu

Click on “Aggielink”
-
Input your username and password.
-
Under the Quick Link section, click on
Campus Interviews I Qualify For.

Scroll down to view the list of job
postings.

Review the “schedule type” (open or
pre-select) and the sign-up/submission
deadline dates located on the right
side. Keep in mind that the system will
not allow you to sign up before or after
the dates indicated.
How to sign-up for an “open” interview

Click on the Job Title of interest to
you.

If the schedule type is “O” (Open),
choose a resume that you would like to
submit, select an available interview
time and click Submit.

You have now signed up for the
interview.
How to sign-up for a “pre-select” interview

Click on the Job Title of interest to
you.

If the schedule type is “P”
(Pre-Select), choose a desired resume
then click Submit.

You will now have to wait for
notification from the employer by email
to determine if you have been invited to
sign-up for the interview. This may take
a few days.

You may also check your submission
status by going to the “On-Campus
Interviews” tab then “Interview
Requests” to see if the status is
“invited or pending”

If you are invited, the employer will
send you an e-mail invitation asking you
to sign-up for the interview.

You must then, log back into Aggielink
(as described above)

Click the “On-Campus Interviews” tab,
then the “Interview Requests” tab. View
the appropriate job title. The status
section will now read “invited”.

Click the “Schedule Interview” button
next to the invited column.

Select an available interview time then
click submit.
-
You have now signed up for the
interview.
