Account Activation

Your account is active (meaning, you are able to access the on-campus interviewing link and sign-up for interviews) once your profile data and resume have been approved by OCS. You will receive a congratulatory e-mail notifying you of your acceptance within three(3) to four(4) business days.

If your registration is not accepted* (due to errors, use of personal pronouns, formatting, etc.), you will receive an e-mail requesting that the corrections be made and the corrected resume resubmitted.   If the changes are too numerous, you will be asked to see a counselor for assistance.

Upon resubmission, please e-mail OCS at ocs@ncat.edu or call (336) 334-7755 to let us know that you have made the necessary changes.

*Note:  OCS reserves the right to refuse resumes that do not meet its minimum standards.
