How to Register With Career Services
It
is mandatory that a alumni be registered
with the office to participate in
on-campus interviews, resume referrals and certain designated special programs (to be announced).
However, It is not mandatory that a alumni be registered with the Office of Career Services (OCS) to utilize the
24/7 Career Counselor features.
In order to be completely registered with OCS a
alumnus must complete the following steps:

Sign the consent card

Develop a resume

Create a profile in
AggieTrak

Upload the resume for approval by an OCS staff person

Receive notification of acceptance
Remember: you are not fully registered until you have (1) completed all the steps above and (2) received a “congratulatory letter of acceptance” from the OCS. If you have not received an “accepted” or “rejected” response from OCS after
five (5) business days, contact the office at (336) 334-7755 or
ocs@ncat.edu.
